System Requirements

  • Desktop:
    Screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or above Windows 8 or above;
    Mac OS-X 10.6 or above
  • Tablets:
    Apple devices: iOS 10 or above with Safari
    Android devices: Android 8 or above with Chrome for Android
  • Smartphones:
    For data protection and child safeguarding Learning Ladders access is not supported on mobile phones or smartphones (Ladders at Home, the parent portal is).
  • Web Browser:
    We recommend Google Chrome (best performance on Android and desktops) and similar, popular browsers such as Firefox and Safari can be used with some limitations. Internet Explorer or Edge are not recommended nor supported.
  • Bandwidth:
    We recommend allowing secure web access and a minimum bandwidth of 2 Mbit/s per concurrent user download and 1 Mbit/s upload.
  • Whitelisting:
    We recommend making sure all Learning Ladders domains are whitelisted by your IT team.
